  1. Job Responsibilities: •Achieve monthly and quarterly individual equipment sales target •Collect receivables on or before due date •Maintain a high level of satisfaction with key accounts and co-ordinate company resources to prevent or resolve customer concerns. •Work independently to finalize all aspects of large and complex transactions with key customers. •Achieve non-financial objectives: call reports lost sales reports quotation activity and follow-up conversion ratios •Detailed understanding and use of all company management system, software and procedures. •Mentor, develop and monitor junior staff in the department. •Provide senior management with accurate and meaningful monthly reports on competitor activity and especially on proposed and running projects. Requirements: •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. •5 to 7 years in heavy equipment, generators, commercial vehicles sales
