Job Responsibilities: 1.Take an active role in working closely with the Branch Team projecting a professional and supportive image to our customers at all times. 2.Take an active role in working closely with the Branch Team projecting a professional and supportive image to our customers at all times. 3.To support the Regional Parts Sales Manager in maximizing sales, profitability and all aspects of the efficient management of Part Sales Operation. 4.When necessary liaise with branches and Sales, Service and Finance to provide a high level of support from the Parts Sales Operation. 5.To use the Company IT Systems in the correct way to ensure accurate reporting 6.System support for all parts staff including reporting for Parts Management and directors. 7.Provide accurate pricing support to branch network. 8.Providing accurate branch network with availability and lead time information when requested 9.Processing supplier emergency and stock orders in a timely and efficient manor 10.Updating quotations with delivery information 11.Update price list for NPSM 12.Back order follow ups with suppliers ensuring all items arrive in a timely manner. 13.Arrange supplier payments and ensure they reconcile to company standards 14.Arrange documentation with suppliers and AAA shipping to ensure smooth clearance of orders. 15.Invoice price checking, maintaining order files. Requirements: •Secondary School Educated •2 Years Multi Parts Technical Experience gained in the Middle East. •IT Literate (Able to Navigate supplier Websites etc). •English and Arabic language (If Possible)
